How is this hip flask made?
"Wrapped" hip flasks are a perfect example of one technology being used in a unique manner. The vinyl and digital printer technologies were originally developed for the car/vehicle wrap industry to make custom car wraps. We have adapted this technology to allow us to print an image, text, logo or graphic directly to a high-quality vinyl that has one sticky side. We can then take this vinyl sheet and wrap it all the way around the hip flask changing the dull stainless steel color into a colorful and vibrant work of art. This process is only done by a handful of sellers, but few have been doing it as long as Flasks.com. We are pioneers in the wrapped flask techniques and using this process we have been able to create some true works of art. Flasks.com is known for quick delivery but sometimes a tight deadline needs a little extra push.  We offer same day and next day processing which will take your order to the front of the line, even if you have ordered personalized custom gifts.

Next Business Day Processing = $5.00
In most cases we can complete and ship your order the very next business day.  Sometimes situations arise beyond our control that may prevent next business day shipping such as power outages, holidays, above average work load, large custom orders with many different personalizations and scheduled equipment maintenance to name a few.  If, for any reason, we are unable to complete and ship your order the next business day we will attempt to notify you first by email then by phone.

Same Business Day Processing = $10.00
If you submit your order before 2:00pm Central Time Monday Through Friday on regular business days, excluding holidays, we will ship your custom order out the same day it is placed.  This includes all laser engraved personalized products.  If you order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) your order will process first thing Monday morning assuming it is not a holiday.  :)

Personalization and Engraving = FREE
We will personalize most of our products absolutely free of charge!  Simply use the forms provided during the ordering process to let us know your personalization instructions and we will customize your products at no additional cost to you.  Sometimes there are restrictions but not often.  :)

Priority / First Class Mail Shipping within USA = FREE
We will ship any order free of charge by standard USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service.  These services are absolutely free to you.  If you need expedited shipping such as Overnight, Next Business Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day delivery those options are available to you at checkout but have charges associated with them.

Types of Shipping:

Please note that the shipping method you choose (Ground, Air Mail, Priority) will determine the length of time it takes an order to arrive to you.  For example; If it is Thursday and you need an order on Friday selecting same day processing will not insure the package arrives to you unless you also select next day air shipping as well.  The order would need to ship the same day and arrive the next day if you are ordering on a Thursday and need the gifts by Friday.  The free shipping option cannot guarantee delivery on any particular time frame.
